1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and xbajee app ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using xbajee app in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of xbajee app, including players who browse the platform without registering, registered players who have not yet made a deposit, and active players with funded accounts. If you are using xbajee app on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of xbajee app, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on xbajee app. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, xbajee app will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

• You must provide a valid mobile number that you own and control.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4 Deposits & Payments

Xbajee app accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though xbajee app may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security purposes.

Deposits are credited to your xbajee app account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number. Xbajee app is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance.
• Xbajee app does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from xbajee app are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the following morning.

Before your first withdrawal, xbajee app may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection of any suspicion against your account. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a screenshot of your payment account showing your registered name.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• Xbajee app reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts under review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time on xbajee app.
• Bonuses expire after 7 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry is stated.
• Xbajee app reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on xbajee app — including Racing, Dino Hunter, Tower, Pappu, Midas Fortune, Table games, and all others — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or by xbajee app staff.

Each game on xbajee app has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Xbajee app is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Xbajee app's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.
• Attempting to exploit game mechanics, bugs, or glitches is a violation of these Terms.
• Game history is logged and available in your account for review.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xbajee app and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's software or servers.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial credentials.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Xbajee app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged inactivity.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be flagged as dormant.
• Dormant accounts with a positive balance will be notified before any funds are affected.
• Players may close their own account at any time by contacting xbajee app support.
• Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method.
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10 Responsible Gaming
